You do. Everything lives in your GitHub from day one: code, prompts, evals, docs and the runbook. If we stop working together, nothing is locked away.
No account managers and no hand-off to a junior team, so decisions happen on the call and nothing gets lost in translation. When a scope grows, I bring in engineers from my Ayraxs bench and stay accountable for the build.
We agree a daily overlap window on the scoping call, and the rest runs async. You get a written update and a live demo every Friday, so you always know where the build stands.
