I'm Tayyab, a freelance AI agent developer based in Islamabad. HireAgentic is my independent practice, not a job board or an agency, and I'm also the founder of Workly. Eight years across design, product and AI taught me where projects die: in the hand-offs. So I do the whole loop myself.

How I work

Four rules every build follows.

  • Production, not demos

    A demo proves nothing. Every build ships to real users with monitoring from day one.

  • Humans approve risky actions

    Refunds, account changes and anything irreversible wait for a person to sign off.

  • Evals before opinions

    Changes to prompts or models go through a test set first, so quality is measured, not guessed.

  • You own everything

    Code, prompts, evals and docs live in your GitHub from the first commit.
