How a Sprint runs

1. Week 0

   Scope lock (free)

   2-hour deep-dive. I write a 1-pager: user journey, non-goals, success metric. You sign off. If we disagree on scope, this is where we find out — at no cost.

2. Week 1

   Discovery + architecture

   User interviews, system walkthrough, architecture memo. Framework choice, state schema, tool list, eval strategy, cost projection. You approve before code.

3. Weeks 2–3

   Build sprints

   Core path live by end of week 2 (ugly but functional). Real data + edge cases in week 3. Friday demos with traces and eval scores — not a black box.

4. Week 4

   Hardening + UX pass

   Latency tuning, cost optimization, UX polish, observability dashboards. Production quality.

5. Weeks 5–6

   HITL + handoff

   Human-in-the-loop on high-risk actions. Documentation, runbook, 8-hour training session. Production deploy with you. 30 days of bug-fix support starts.

What I build with

Default stack: LangGraph for stateful orchestration (cyclical graphs + checkpointer = free crash recovery), Claude Sonnet for complex reasoning + Haiku for classification/FAQ routing, MCP-native integrations so you don't pay the N×M integration tax. Every build ships with LangSmith tracing from day one and a 25–30 golden test eval suite — most teams skip this and that's why their agents silently regress every model release. The eval harness is the moat, not the framework.

Most 4-week Sprints land at $30–40K. Full 6-week engagements with HITL, audit logging, and multi-agent orchestration scale to $50–60K. Fixed-price after the Week 0 scope lock — no hourly surprises. Milestone payment: 30% kickoff / 30% Week 3 demo / 40% handoff. You don't prepay future work.
